AMANDA

AMANDA

Amanda is a qualified boxing and fitness trainer. She has boxing in her blood! Amanda has been boxing and training for 10 years. She started training in her 30’s after having my children so it’s never too late to start !! She believes that Fitness and exercise are an integral part of our lives and looks forward to helping you achieve your goals in our fun and comfortable boutique fitness studio. Amanda has also competed in fitness modelling competitions with the Australasian Natural Bodybuilding (ANB) federation therefore she understand the dedication it takes to achieve results. She knows that with effort and support you can turn ordinary into extraordinary!
NATHAN

NATHAN

Starting his boxing journey at the age of 14 years old boxing as amateur firstly in Chelsea with Frank Kenny, Nathan found his passion for boxing with streak winning which then lead him to Sydney where he trained with famed boxing trainer Johnny Lewis champion trainer to hall of fame fighters such as Jeff Fenech , Kostya Tzyu , Jeff Harding to name a few.

Later Boxing as a professional in the UK with some of the best coaches Nathan decided to hang up the gloves to focus on training fighters where he then moved back to Australia opening his own Boxing gym training youth and adults where he has produced National champions who dream and focus is to go and compete in the Olympics or just people who would like to learn the art of boxing from all walks of life from young athletes to plumbers and accountants Nathan is super passionate about the sport and helping people reach their goals no matter how big all small.

While a young PT, Rod has been involved directly in the fitness industry for over 3 years and has a range of experience as a qualified personal trainer with a level 3 and 4 in fitness.

Coming from a childhood and young adult hood of being overweight, Rod has spent the last few years dedicated to his health, losing 35 kilos and is now dedicated to helping you turn your life around.
Knowing exactly what sort of physical and mental challenges come with weight loss and starting out, Rod fully understands whatever struggle or problem his clients might have and how to push through it.
Working closely with his clients, through a combination of hands on work with healthy eating, exercise, and a healthy mindset, Rod aims to get his clients the best possible results.
With a wide range of training experience, like boot camps, boxing, weight lifting and more, Rod will always bring you a fun and engaging session that will leave you feeling worked but happy.
