Our mission is to guide you to your goals and Healthiest and most satisfying way though smart training and healthy nutrition. A healthy body will always lead to healthy mind and positive life which we enjoy playing our part on your fitness journey.

OUR CLASSES.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS
Your body knows movements, not muscles, so using functional exercises that mimic natural, daily movements strengthens you for life. This can improve your whole-body strength and fitness, not to mention boost your metabolism.
What to expect: In a functional training group you will squat and lunge, push and pull, use kettlebell weights and do resistance and integrating exercises.
Who should do it: Functional training is valuable for everyone, from mums to students, business professionals to athletes. Having a strong core that can stabilize your body in any plane or motion is vital for back health and allows you to safely lift babies, groceries, textbooks and gardening tools. For pre- and post-natal women it helps prepare the body for pregnancy, as well as speed up recovery of the abdominal muscles.

HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.
POWER BAR
Barbell exercises for increasing strength and toning muscles, also great for maintaining bone density. Suitable for all fitness levels.
