Your Tribe Fitness was started in June 2017 with the aim of bringing our knowledge of fitness and health to the beautiful community of the Dandenong Ranges. We offer such variety in classes that have been proven with the test of time to help you achieve your results. Specialists in small group training and personal training with proven trainers who have dedicated there lives to sport and fitness.

OUR CLASSES.

We have a range of classes suitable for anyone and everyone!

STRENGTH (KID FRIENDLY)

All are welcome! Mums and Dads will enjoy a safe workout, in a fun environment that can assist inregaining lost fitness and strength. 

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is a cardiovascular excercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

BOXING & CONDITIONING

Our amazing boxing & conditioning class combines technique, and fitness suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced.

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Your body knows movement, not muscles, so using functional exercises that mimic natural, daily movements strengthens you for life. 

IMPROVE YOURSELF.

CONDITIONING

Improve your performance, stamina and overall conditioning.

The classes make your journey to your fitness goals fun and achievable. As a high level competitor my goals are strict and focused. I am so lucky to have Nate and Tash to push and encourage me to become a healthier athlete. BRIDGETTE

Have been doing the Functional Fitness Classes and I love it. It’s a great work out that would suit all ages. I’ve tried the Saturday morning boxing too and that was a great as well.

It’s a wonderful gym, they make you feel very welcome and are helpful if need assistance. INGE

Did The 6am boxing class this morning and it was the best fun I have had in ages. Nathan is a champ and I would definitely recommend giving there classes a go. SCOTT
